Getting It To You
Shipping & Returns
Everything is packed by hand and shipped within the US, usually leaving the studio in 1–3 business days.
Canvas & Panel Pieces
$20 per piece
Wall art travels boxed and corner-protected so the shells arrive exactly as they left the studio.
Shell Pieces
$9 for the first item, $3 for each additional shell item
Night lights, oyster dishes, wine stoppers, magnets and ornaments. Combine as many as you like on one order.
Free Shipping
On orders over $75
Mix and match anything in the gallery; once the order clears the threshold, shipping is on Mindy.
Delivery Times
Pieces that are ready now leave the studio within 1–3 business days of your order. Made-to-order pieces (oyster shell dishes, oyster shell wine stoppers, oyster shell magnets and hanging shell ornaments) are made for you first, so they ship within 5–10 business days.
Once a piece ships, delivery usually takes 2–3 business days anywhere in the US. Mindy sends tracking as soon as it is on its way.
Orders ship within the United States only.
Returns
If a piece is not right for your home, you can send it back within 14 days of delivery.
- Returns need to be unused and packed carefully, ideally in the original box.
- You cover return shipping. Please use a tracked service - shells are fragile.
- Mindy refunds the item price, the same way you paid, within 5 business days of the piece arriving back at the studio. Original shipping is not refundable.
- Custom pieces made to your request (your colors, wording or size) are final sale.
Arrived damaged?
Send Mindy a photo within 3 days of delivery and she will replace the piece or refund it in full, shipping included. There is no need to send a damaged piece back.
Starting a return
Send Mindy a note with your name and the piece you ordered, and she will reply with the return address.
